Always Gluten Free. Without Being Pushy.

I promise I won’t flood your inbox with emails every day. I send my gluten free newsletter only once a week, usually Monday mornings around 7:30 am. In the rare situation that a major warning needs to be made, such as a gluten free food recall, I may send an additional one time message. But I want to respect your time, because real life is lived offline. :)

When you have to eat differently from everyone else, and have to question everything that goes into your mouth, it impacts your ability to enjoy social gatherings.

Everyone here “gets" it. My goal is to help create a caring, compassionate Celiac Disease community. In the future, I plan to have virtual meet-ups, and host in-person events at restaurants and other gluten free businesses.

Visit the About Me section on my website to learn about All Things Margaret Clegg. And read this blog post about my journey towards a Celiac Disease diagnosis.
