What Are You Sitting On?
I shared a post on my Facebook page about what how our life in impacted by what we focus on. It involved a photo of a cactus, with the following quote.
“Being negative only makes a journey more difficult. You may be given a cactus, but you don’t have to sit on it.”
Living with Celiac Disease can feel prickly. Both literally and figuratively. But there are social media influencers who seem to focus only focus on the negative aspects of Celiac Disease. Instead, my goal is to provide you hope, and a safe place to land. :)
May we choose whom we follow, wisely. Our mental & physical health depend on it.
Sincerely,
Margaret Clegg

Gluten Free Options at Hog Hog in Michigan
Last summer I had an amazing meal with a new friend at Hop Hog in Lowell, MI. They had just opened this section location (first one is in Greenville), and I was lucky enough to talk with the head chef, too.
The food was amazing. All of their fried foods are gluten free, and they even have gluten free cake. Read all about their food prep practices in my new blog post.
