Help Needed- Online Survey about GF Food Insecurity
I’ve been talking with Amanda Lynett, Gastro RD with the University of Michigan. We’ve both been concerned about the availability of gluten free options at food pantries across the state of Michigan. So we’re doing some research.
IF you live in Michigan, and someone in your household lives with Celiac Disease, can you please complete this quick 9 question survey? Even if you don’t face food insecurity, please complete this survey. This is because we’re trying to assess the percentage of gluten free households facing food insecurity.
What will we do with the data? We hope to share our data with the Food Bank Council of MI, showing him the true need in the Celiac Disease community. From there, we hope to network work with food pantries who are willing to maintain a gluten free shelf in their food panty.
Sincerely,
Margaret Clegg
